They should mention that the initial 15% off does not apply to the combo items. I dropped the lipstick/lip liner duo from my cart due to this. I do appreciate the 15% off and free shipping my first item and purchase. Thanks!

The item I was purchasing showed a 30% discount which wouldn't reflect at checkout. I chatted with your agent "mmarcelo" who also was unable to reflect the 30% discount on your end. After researching the discrepancy you were able to offer my discount after purchasing and returning to "chat". Very impressed with the level of customer service... this issue was handled seamlessly. So refreshing these days! Thank you very much!

I don’t like how I couldn’t stack my purse time order 15% onto the current sale price of the make up. However, this is my absolute favorite makeup, so I will continue to purchase. Also, it was kind of slow and took a while to process the order, so I had to make multiple attempts.

I signed up for rewards to claim my 15% off checkout and gift, but the 15% off never got taken off my total. Confused, is it because one item was on sale? No explanation was given and it frustrated me.

Website wasn't functioning properly - took three tries to get to checkout. I wanted to subscribe, but at checkout it said I could not subscribe unless I signed in. Didn't see easy quick "join " or warning when I hit subscribe that took me to a join page. Poorly designed website. I just checked out as guest - wanted to be done at that point.
