Should have the option to change the AM, PM, or once a day setting for smart paks in the cart so you dont have to remove it from cart only to correct the amout/time to be fed just to put back into the cart. that is kinda annoying. but overall happy with the website.

I enjoyed shopping the products. However, frustration arose attempting to change the shipping address via edit multiple times. It would not allow removal of the name of barn. I finally had to add a new address, make it the default address, delete the undesired address, then checkout. Frustration is lingering.

I gave my email address because the website said I'd get $10 off this order if I did. It said it could be applied at checkout. There was no information about how to apply it when I checked out and it was never applied to my order. I find that very dishonest.

The website is easy to navigate. The only negative thing to say is when I have my shipment delivered to the barn, it can take as long as two weeks -- but I know I could just have it shipped by itself and pay the postage. Just annoying that it can take that long.

I bought a Panacure power pack and Smart Pak had the best price. It was packaged well so it wasn’t damaged when it arrived. I’ve looked into their supplements though, and I’m not loving their ingredients list. It’s not that I don’t think the supplements would work. I just don’t like preservatives, fillers, or any sort of synthetics going into my horses. I just put them on a feed that doesn’t have all the “junk” in it, so I definitely wouldn’t want to just add it all back with a supplement. I’d use mad barn for supplements. Theirs are clean and work.
