I placed an order for 2 tubes of Perfect Prep and upon check out added them to my smart pak monthly supplement order not realizing that that shipped already and the next one would be to late as I needed the preps for a horse show that weekend. I placed another order with the correct shipping. I called customer service and explained the situation to them and to see if they could ship both together. They could not as the first order was already in progress but they were able to ship the original order the next day!! Great customer service and support!! And representative even wished us luck on a great horse show!!

I still have not received my order. I called customer service who saw my order online but did not know why it was not fulfilled or even where my package was. I was told I would receive a call back in a day or two. The customer service rep (Randi) was pleasant, upbeat and concerned as she looked up my order. She did all that she could do at that time and told me someone would have to look into where my order is. I am still waiting to hear back.
