Mud Defender lotion-one of the best products I have used on mud fever. I have an extremely sensitive skin TB and this product not only was soothing to his skin, the mud fever softened and scabs would just fall off.

I have bought all my fly masks from Smart Equine and have been very satisfied with size, quality and ease of ordering online. While other fly mask may be a little cheaper, the quality idoes not compare and I have found it hard to fit my horse. I will continue to buy these fly masks.

Magic Cushion was out of stock, with a delayed shipment of over a month. I didn't purchase and set up a subscription because of this. There are product on Chewy, like the Magic Cushion, which is affiliated with SP, but the cost was higher. There is no incentive to purchase Ulcergard multipacks because the savings isn't worth it.

I purchased a Wishing Well Services LTD slow pasture feeder through SmartEquine and had issues with Fed Ex Freight delivery (no tracking info provided). While I was awaiting delivery, I called Smart Equine and spoke the Randi to find out more about the timing of the delivery. She was AMAZING with her customer service. Although she couldn’t provide me with tracking information since the product was shipped direct from the manufacturer, she found a phone number for me to call for the local Fed Ex Freight location and I was able to speak with someone who told me the delivery would arrive within an hour. The delivery came as scheduled and I couldn’t be happier with the product. Huge kudos to Randi for the help she provided. It took all of the stress away from and otherwise difficult situation!

I liked that i could find the product in my price range through Smartpak. I want to do what’s best for my mare, but it was looking disappointing when i couldn’t find anything under close to $100 or more. I can’t pay that much. I’m glad smartpak had what i was looking for for a good price and usable amount. I’m praying this product is the answer to my mare’s health issue.

I'm a long-time SmartPak customer and *love* the way you do what you do! My horse always looks great and the auto-ship makes it all easy. The order history is so helpful as I change his supplements seasonally. SmartPak is also one of my first stops when I need equipment, saddle pads, etc. Today, it took me a bit of hunting around to find his current SmartPak. My credit card had expired so I don't know if that made a difference or not.Once I found it, though, everything was right there.
