I ordered the wrong sized bit, realized it within two hours, called and tried to have the order swapped. It was already processed. So I ordered a second bit, the correct size. Both bits arrived, but Smart PAC had already emailed me a shipping label to send the wrong bit back. I then took the wrong bit to UPS, and within hours Smart PAC emailed me saying they are processing a refund. Sure enough it shows up in my bank account. I never have seen a return be so quick and easy. The correct bit worked great with my horse today.

Conflicting information when trying to design a logo and where to email (Smartpak vs. Chewy). Bait and switch sale price. I went to buy the sale item and found it was full price. Only lower price for color no one wants.

I LOVE THIS SITE! I have been ordering grain from them and their pricing and shipping is so affordable! Thanks Smartpak! They are one of the only places that carries the grain I feed my horses and everyone else has super high shipping costs!
