Needed the 70qt muck buckets to replace some of our broken ones. The red ones were $22. Purchased 5. The red buckets were the cheapest and since they'd be holding manure color doesn't matter to me but to change the prices depending on color seems rather methodical. Free shipping was appreciated. I called customer service for assistance as I was driving and she helped correct my payment method as the cards were expired.

OutSmart does not work in NW FL on the biting flies. The only fly spray that works is Pyrhana. I was hoping OutSmart was going to do it. I will give my bottle to someone else. Also, the spray nozzle is not working very well.

Super easy to find what I needed, and being able to customize a fly mask to have my horse’s name on it is awesome! Great way to keep things from getting mixed up at a boarding facility. After taking the supplement wizard questionnaire, I ordered my mare’s first smartpak subscription. Looking forward to doing business with smartpak for many years to come. I ordered a Neue Schule bit that I have had my eye on for a while. It turned out to be too big for my horse, so I returned it and repurchased a smaller size. Printing a return label was easy,and return shipping was free. Now I'm just waiting for SmartEquine to receive the return, and for me to get a shipping notification on the new bit.

I have ordered Smart Calm Ultra for years & have been satisfied with this product. I have not been satisfied with the packaging. This most recent purchase & the one before had a split in the side seam causing the pellets to spill into the cardboard box. I was able to salvage some but not all of the pellets.

I have used SmartPaks for many years for horses and dogs. I have just added new SmartPaks for my two newest dogs. My oldest dog is 16 and has been taking SmartPaks for many years. I found exactly what I wanted ~ Speedi Beet, at the best price I could find. My horse loves it & I have now signed up for auto ship. They were not supposed to charge for delivery on auto ship over $40. But they did. I’ve tried email & live with no luck. I’ve called twice but each time it must have been after hours or a day they weren’t available. This has not changed my mind about the product & cost
