i like the inventory and brands you have available. I do not like my experience at trying to return shoes that were too big or too small!. I had no paperwork in either the too large or too small shoes and had to call twice and still not sure if I am going to get credit for both pairs, plus I have to pay to return.

Check out was cumbersome. Why when selecting state for address does the selection not come up when typing first letter. For example, after typing W, I would expect Wisconsin to pop up. Would like to see more shoes that are orthotic friendly.
