I like the items it’s just that this is the first time buying a snorkel set that has sort of expiration. Maybe that’s why the silicone is not that clear anymore. usually i just buy it at Walmart or target. I just remember the brand aqualung because when i was younger my dad used to own one.

Return policy was clearly stated, yet until I asked to return/exchange one item from my order wass I told that particular item is not returnable! The item should be CLEARLY marked as non-returnable or exchangeable on the site, yet it is not. Very unhappy customer here.

I used ChatGPT to track down an 84 inch all rubber low pressure dive hose. You had the item in stock and at the lowest price. The only mistake that ChatGPT made was saying Shipping was free.

I had to call customer service to clarify the sizes for a snorkel pkg (open box).The young woman was v helpful telling me the size of both the mask and the fins. Perhaps it could have been more clearly stated in the posting...or it may be clear to customers who but gear more frequently than I do.

I would recommend scuba. Although I have not charged or used my knew rechargeable batteries to test them yet they look like they will be a very nice battery.. I'm excited to use my orcatorch rechargeable 14500 batteries I just have been too busy atm. That's why the low rating cause I just don't know yet. I have not tested them but I herd they are a good choice:-)
