I didn’t receive good advice from the customer service rep re sizing. Wetsuit was too big so I had to return it. Tried to order correct size but canceled because it was on backorder with no delivery date (which wasn’t clear till after order was placed). Did not receive timely refund - I had to call. Refund had been misapplied to replacement but I wasn’t getting replacement due to backorder. Whole experience was annoying.

I am impressed with the website, however the listing on Amazon listed through scuba.com for the same blue reef fins product is mislabeled for my size and color. I am ordering size 36/38 however after adding that size in my color to my cart, it changes to 45/46. There is a corresponding comment in the reviews who tried ordering the same size and color that I did, and the incorrect size did ship to her. I usually order through Amazon, but ordered through this website hoping the correct size I ordered gets delivered.
