I ordered some fins from you and somehow I received the wrong size. I don't know where that went wrong. I return the item but I have heard nothing back from scuba.com. the return process was simple enough, it was free and all I had to do is print out the label and drop it off. But I have heard nothing about the replacement. It was for a birthday gift which is today but clearly I'm not going to receive the new fins. It'd be nice to know if you guys are planning on shipping them to me or what's going on at least.

Great experience, except that the Scubapro Go fins are too tight. I already took almost all of the tags and assumed that it might be difficult to return them. I like the items it’s just that this is the first time buying a snorkel set that has sort of expiration. Maybe that’s why the silicone is not that clear anymore. usually i just buy it at Walmart or target. I just remember the brand aqualung because when i was younger my dad used to own one.
