Clueless scuba.com between sales and customer service

I attempted to purchase a 3 lb. and a 5 lb.soft weight, but was only sent the empty bags and when I tried to buy the shot from you, you don't sell it, after being transferred from customer service to sales, then they sold me 2 more soft weights and told me that customer service should have offered me a return, and transferred me back, sales told me that they could send a pickup label with my new order, but customer service said that they couldn't do it, one time the girl who I was speaking to hung up on me, I wasn't screaming or using profanity, I spent more time waiting on hold for customer service than the whole time the 3 times that I spoke to them, to no avail, I wouldn't recommend dealing with them for anything, the sales guy was great but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and it doesn't matter how good your product or prices are, if you don't have a good customer service department, then the company's not worth dealing with, I hope that someone reviews this, because I really hate to type but I thought that someone should know. You could have put these items in an envelope and saved the money on plastic bubble packaging and the cardboard box and postage and it would have been here in a couple of days instead of a couple of weeks.
