I have been a customer of Scent Box for many years. The website is kind of jancky. It does not always pull up what you are looking for when you put it in the search bar even though it is available. There where a few times i noticed the notes are not correct. And full bottles are way more expensive then your competitors and sometimes my items do not sip on time and I have to reach out and ask why. Yet my payment always comes out on time. But i still love being able to get my samples monthly. I also love the credits i get. I use them to purchase more samples and smaller sizes for when I travel. i love the new cheap sample sizes you have added for me to be able to purchase.
