It was a good experience as I could use my code and get a good discount and it was very clear what I was getting. I wish they made the website easier to navigate as when I was trying to add multiple fragrances in my cart for one month it took like 10 minutes. overall positive though and I like the use of visuals to know what I’m getting.

Overall, I like the site but it is a tad bit difficult to navigate. I can not figure out how to get back to my account and add things to my calendar. I end up figuring it out, but it's not easy. There should be a button on every page that takes me back to my calendars. Also, I want to be able to drag one cologne from and to each calendar. Example, I want to drag a cologne in calendar 1 down to calendar 3. That can't be done. It's such a simple thing to do.

I’m not to happy. I want to do this box, but it took me straight to the page to fill out my info and payment plan. I haven’t gotten to look at any of the perfumes. At the first they ask me which plan I wanted. Heck I do t know which each plan has. It would have been nice to know what fragrances was in each package.

They didn’t have the popular delina scent I wanted, but their website was super easy to navigate. They’re the best vs any competition for sure. The live chat was basically a useless bot, but the human email was helpful. I didn’t love all the offers/ads that popped up as I was just trying to check out with what I’d wanted

It’s good overall, I feel like there should be an app to make it easier so that you don’t forget to set up your monthly pick or you can get ones you don’t like. In the beginning it’s nice to learn that way what you do and don’t like but after that it gets annoying when you forget to set up the one you wanted next
