I love that scentbox lets me return a fragrance if I do not like it. I used to have scentbird and they didnt do that, plus scentbird had a lot of perfumes Ive never even heard of whereas scentbox actually has name brand perfumes Id like to try

My overall experience with ScentBox has been positive, especially with the Platinum samples I purchased. I liked having the opportunity to explore different fragrances without committing to a full-size bottle right away. The selection was one of the best parts of the experience and I appreciated being able to try higher-end scents. The online experience was fairly easy to navigate, and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I think the website could be improved by providing more detailed information about each fragrance, including stronger descriptions of the scent profile, how long it typically lasts, and how it performs throughout the day. It would also be helpful to have clearer updates regarding order processing and shipping. Overall, I enjoyed being able to discover and sample premium fragrances through ScentBox. The Platinum samples were a major highlight for me, and with some improvements to the website experience, fragrance information, and communication, I would consider the service even better.
