I'm not a fan of how cumbersome the site is. I put my account on pause by clicking a button but to unpause, I have to reach out to support? That's insane in 2026 sorry. Pretty much decided in that moment that I would be canceling.

It was very easy to choose the scents I was sent. I thought the fragrances arrived in beautiful containers. I was subscribed to a different fragrance supplier previously but the containers were not as nice. Thank you for sending containers that I am proud to use. Also I enjoy the fragrances. Well I like two of the fragrances but I’ll still keep the third one. I’ll find something to use it for. I don’t have a vehicle so it would probably be too much work for me to try to return the fragrance.
