My problem with Scentbox isn't the website, it's the selection and customer service. They do not keep up with scent trends, nor do they have enough variety. On the rare occasion they do add something, it disappears before shipping, and then they add a substitute without any notification to the purchaser to change. They also updated their packaging without any notification to their customers and the new packaging has less product than promised. I also have a problem with the tiers vs. the price. The premium tier is full of bargain basement scents you can find on any discounter for cheap. It's not worth it. Same with the platnium, which is the service I was subscribed. The only scents available are undesirable older scents that I can buy a full bottle of for cheap. There's no point in employing this service with the way it is currently built/managed. I won't be continuing my relationship with Scentbox and unfortunately, will have to encourage others not to either. You can do better on decant sites paying for single 8mls that are actually unique and interesting.

It was very easy to choose the scents I was sent. I thought the fragrances arrived in beautiful containers. I was subscribed to a different fragrance supplier previously but the containers were not as nice. Thank you for sending containers that I am proud to use. Also I enjoy the fragrances. Well I like two of the fragrances but I’ll still keep the third one. I’ll find something to use it for. I don’t have a vehicle so it would probably be too much work for me to try to return the fragrance.
