I ordered from ScentBox last month, and it was a very good experience. Setting up an account and picking out scents was simple and there was a good selection of premium products to choose from. The site is a little glitchy when shifting between various calendars to pick multiple scents per month, but it was only a minor annoyance. The premium products are still slightly on the too expensive side, but still better than risking buying a $300 bottle that you don't like. It already saved me from buying one that I thought I would like more than I did. The delivery arrived on-time and in good condition, and the scents are great. If I could improve anything in the process, it would be: fixing glitches on the website, reducing the price on the higher tier plan slightly, and improving the atomizer of the spray bottles, as they're a little weak. Overall 9/10 star experience.

Iāve really been enjoying my Scentbox experience! I love being able to try different fragrances without having to spend a lot of money on a full-size bottle, and itās especially fun getting to discover scents I probably wouldnāt have picked out on my own. The selection is great, and having a fragrance delivered right to my door makes it super convenient. I also like that the sizes are perfect for carrying around and trying throughout the month. Overall, Iāve had a really good experience and would definitely recommend Scentbox to anyone who loves perfume and likes discovering new fragrances without committing to a full bottle. ā¤ļø

Iāve been using ScentBox going on 3 months and overall itās been pretty good. The only drawback is the updated information when my next order is shipped. It didnāt give me the shipping information or both the products I were to receive. It only showed one and it also didnāt give me the tracking information until about 3 days before I received it. Thatās the only thing that needs improvement in my opinion. I love the products!

The website and upgrade options were confusing at first, so I emailed customer support. They were able to resolve the issue quickly. Still, I wish I could subscribe to one regular and one premium scent a month! I just got my order today and Iām SO obsessed. The packaging is great, I definitely prefer it to other scent-subscription packaging. The scent is amazing. And I love that you offer exchanges. Iām a perfume obsessive but also a migraine sufferer, and sometimes certain notes will trigger migraines, and I never know until I try a perfume. Scentbox allows me to try all the scents Iāve been coveting while allowing me peace of mind. Iāll be honest, itās taking all the restraint in my body to not spend my whole paycheck here.

Just canceled you guys this month due to sending a package that I was asked by USPS to pay for after already paying for it out of my account with you. You have also in the beginning of our agreement late/lost packages that took 7- 10 days to finally get. I asked for some kind of compensation and was refused.
