I really have no idea what im getting after signing up- it just asked masculine or feminine and I had no direction on what was what. Just 3 tier options and a quick pay here now. I would've liked to figure out some selection, understand how it works, and really expand my understanding of whats entailed in the subscription. I will do my own prodding around, but overall it felt too quick and lacking in information. I am a complete newbie in the scent world, and only understood "access to premium and exclusive" scents as the defining options before my money was being asked for. I have used Trade coffee in the past, and presume this will be a similar function/tailored experience, so perhaps in time I will have a better understanding. Currently, im a bit hesitant that the first month, maybe 2, are just gonna be "disappointments" because I wasnt able to understand what I was signing up for and how it all works.

I look forward to my Scentbox every month - it's absolutely a treat and something I'm willing to spluge on. It's way better than other gragrance subscription boxes because the packaging it TOP NOTCH. I live that i don't ever have to worry about the cobtainers breaking and they mist perfectly! The selection is really good but I really wish there were more niche brands. I'm assuming that may be a bit had for small fragrance houses. The part I don't like is how the pricing of subscriptions is broken down. It's a little complicated. I work in marketing and ux/ui and I'd suggested some graphics ;) Over all scent bird is great. Also, we are waiting for an app so patiently 😘

As a first-time customer, I really like the experience with a different fragrance that I never smelled or had before. That's a plus cuz I can try different things before I actually purchase the big bottle. I like how the fragrance come in the twist top spray bottle which is definitely good. And a cool package so the fragrance isn't as hot from traveling. So yes, I will definitely keep my subscription and also recommend to others. I love it so far...
