When I placed my order, I was told it would be 5 to 10 days for shipping on the seventh or eighth day. I finally went and track the package online initially it said it been shipped when I went to the USPS website to track the package. I learned that it had not actually been shipped a shipping label had been created for it a few days later I was told it had shipped again via the tracking on the website. I waited a few more days. It still didn’t come so I went to USPS again and there was no update. It still said USPS was awaiting the package. I emailed them to ask them what was going on and they explained that due to supply chain issues or something along those lines. My shipping would be delayed by four or five days however, by that time it was already three days late the day after I emailed their support inquiring about my package. I was conveniently sent notifications via email that my package was delayed. They did not bother sending me those updates until after. I had already asked about my package and expressed my frustration with the lack of professionalism, I honestly was somewhat expecting some type of offer for reimbursement or a discount or perhaps a free perfume as a way to apologize for the delay in shipping and lack of transparency however, I was not offered anything to make up for it. my package arrived a few days after that I have no complaints about the quality of the product itself. I got exactly what I was expecting and it was in my opinion well worth the money that I spent however, when something is supposed to take at the most 10 days to get to you and it ends up taking closer to 15 or 16 days and the only reason you were updated on an issue was because you reached out to the company and asked for it I feel like it’s good business practice to offer some kind of incentive like a freebie or a discount in order to make it right and end up with a more satisfied customer
