This is an excellent product. We live in a climate that changes weekly. The barometric pressure goes up and down a lot. With these probiotics my horses have great bowl movements in spite of the atmospheric pressure.

I’m not sure if they recently sold or have new management, I have always really liked this company in the past but I will be thinking long and hard about using them in the future. There interface for prescriptions is poorly put together for a cattlemen buying vaccines, it required me calling to get clarification on proceeding as it is clunky and built for a person with a poodle or cat. After calling I didn’t feel reassured by what the woman told me however it seemed to work in the end. Two items I ordered were on back order but it still let me put them in the cart and go through the entire process, one item was marked as back ordered the other wasn’t. Several days later I received an email saying they were back ordered indefinitely and asking how I wanted to proceed? I called then emailed to remove said items and send the rest of the items, this triggered another email wanting to know if I wanted them in the future (NO). I feel like all this added several days to my order and shipment. I’ve since received everything that remained on my order with no updated invoice showing the removed items or the shipping charges that weren’t on the original invoice. After looking at my bank account instead of one charge they charged me seven different transactions for twenty items and I still have no idea how that breaks down to the total. Again this has been a great company to deal with for the last several years but this was a shit experience all the way around.

The Skin and Coat product really gives a good shine to my horse's hair. My horses love the pellets and gobble them up. What I don't understand though, I live 3 hours from the Paso Robles, Ca store and they shipped the product from Texas which delayed the product from getting to my house in a timely manner.

My small quarter horse seems to like them. Easy to put on take off and clean. He’s prone to slight laminitis and he constantly has ouchy feet. I had my vet measure him to ensure the correct size. The boots are what I’ve been needing for this horse. Will definitely order again.
