I think it's important to have pictures of the actual ring as well, not just highly edited pictures which are extremely difficult to visualize on an actual finger. I do LOVE that you put a gram range.

I received my ring, but the version I received is not exactly like the picture promised. I have an e-mail to discuss exact fulfillment.

The exchange/Return went smoothly. It did take 2 days for someone to email me back regarding the return. Instructions were clear and the exchange was very smooth. We received the exchanged item within 4 days of our return. Great turn around! This is our second purchase of 18k gold jewelry from Sarraf. Always a great experience.

I found a ring to match my engagement ring. It was outrageously expensive. I found the same ring for a fraction of the price at Sarraf. I had my inscribed wedding ring in a week. And it fits perfectly.

I found out about Sarraf by doing online research. I needed gold nothing plated due to sensitive skin. Sarraf had the best value for a starter purchase to see if I liked the product. I was pleased with how quickly the order was fulfilled and the updates received by the courier through delivery. When shopping online my preference is point, click, done. Priceless.

I checked out by mistake. I was trying to apply a coupon code and I don’t know how it went through. It surprised me, not in a good way. There’s a little banner saying that you can pay with affirm, but in payment options, the option you see is PayPal Pay Later. Don’t love that returns need to be insured and paid out of pocket. Other than that I was happy with the way the website is organized, and I’m really happy with my purchase, which ultimately is what matters.

I wish your web site gave more in depth information about rings such as dimensions. It gives one dimension, the weight and karat of the stone. Your competitor gives a lot more information for the rings they are selling. Overall I like the quality of the web site.
