Website could use some pop, but worked out. Should have a male or female section clearly, then move to the split outs of gold and type of jewelry. Pictures could use models to see sizing, used AI to ask questions on the sizing. Would be interesting to see the responses now vs when the item is received.

Jewelry is not something I purchase often. I did some searching online, looked at reviews, and studied how different online merchants presented both their products and themselves. Sarraf seemed very straightforward about their products, and was the only one I found that gave the weight of their products. They were asking slightly more for what seemed like a comparable purchase, but since the other merchants didn't give the weight, I chose Sarraf.

Everything was good, the only (small) concern was the necklace came in a little bag inside a jewelry box, which wasn’t the most appealing way to gift it. Overall very happy with everything, the necklace is beautiful and I cannot think of any way it could be better

The website looks a bit outdated. I was purchasing a wedding band for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding and there were only pictures of with ring with one finish. The other finishes were just in small pictures below so it was had to visualize what the ring would look like in other finishes because there were no pictures of that. Also I was thinking about getting an engraving, however there were no examples of what the different fonts looked like. I like to be able to see exactly what I'm getting when I'm purchasing it, especially for something as important as my fiancés wedding band. Despite all of that, the website was well organized and easy to navigate, very clear pricing and descriptions. With just a few tweaks the website could be great.

My main complaint with Sarraf is the payment situation. I'd like to pay at checkout rather than receive a separate email with a payment invoice - it makes the process more cumbersome which is a deterrent to ordering from you. I'd also like to know the guage of the links - I'm ordering a paperclip chain and the only measurements are the width of the link and the weight. I want to know how thick each link is and ideally the length as well as the width. More product details would be good.

Item was not meeting expectations. Why would a 1oz pamp bezel bail not even be big enough to fit 5mm chain. That is ridiculous. Do they expect someone to hang a 1oz bar off a 10 gram chain or something? Very unprofessional craftsmanship. Had to pay $120 to get the bail resized on top of the 300% premium already paid for this generic peice

I think the prices are competitive for sure. I have been looking around for this specific bracelet at many local jewelers and not found it in the good price range with the specific grams of gold. Sarraf Jewelry also has many styles available, prices are clearly stated for comparison and also state the grams/weight of the product clearly which I appreciate. No hidden fees with was also nice. Overall looking forward to the bracelet and hoping that it is just as good as it looked on the website. I think shopping on your website was one of the best experience and I use it often as a benchmark for prices and grams for when I'm shopping in my local stores as well.

Speaking about the website only and no other factors (like cost, quality of items, etc.) I’d say there’s a lot of room for improvement. The user interface/ experience is pretty poor and outdated. The site is not designed to easily click through and pivot; categories are generic with lots of drop downs, looking through the items feels like your digging yourself into a deep hole that would be hard to pivot from and easily come back to. The images on the site lack perspective; sure I could whip out a tape measure or something but at that point you’ve lost me. As a consumer buying jewelry products, scale is important and there has to be a way for the customer to somewhat grasp the scale through the online images.
