Initially, I was concerned about the reliability of your outlet to deliver. But the transaction was smooth with delivery more than on time (a day earlier than promised) and I would have no problem sharing my experience with a friend if they were looking for shoes.

I searched for the item I wanted and found Runners Plus. I checked them out to make sure they were legit and they were. Turns out, not only did they have what I wanted in my size and width, they were cheaper than the other top name places I searched. Purchased twice from then and delivery was super fast and product was exactly what I ordered.

I emailed the company about sizing before purchasing indicating the size that my child wears. This is an extremely specialized shoe for high jump and her spikes for running were a 7.5 but when the high jump spikes arrive the 7.5 did not fit as promised it is very hard to find the shoe in her sizing.

I needed a specific style of running shoe that was last seasons style and we hard to find. I initially purchased the shoe on Amazon but they were unable to deliver the product by the promised delivery date. I was going on a trip so I used an AI google search to find vendors who might have the shoe. Runners Plus came up and they were located in a state close to me. I called and talked to a human who was extremely helpful and actually walked to the warehouse to visually confirm that he had the shoe in the size I needed. They were shipped the same day and I had them in about 4 days.

This is the first time I've ever ordered from Runners Plus. I ordered two pairs of brooks ghost max for both my husband and myself. Unfortunately, the pair I ordered for my husband were out of stock. Runners Plus promptly sent me an email explaining the color sneaker I originally ordered were unavailable. They provided a link to choose a different color and sent the newly ordered sneakers out immediately. I had them by the next day. They were very accommodating and the customer service was impeccable. My husband and I love our sneakers and will definitely be shopping with Runners Plus in the future...wonderful company!

It is always a challenge to find a 5-toed running shoe that works AND continues to be made. I buy the ones I like and keep them in storage, going through them one at a time. Runners Plus is one of the very few places that carries my style consistently. Yes, these are very costly running "shoes" but when typical running shoes don't work, 5-toed shoes are key.

I needed a specific style of running shoe that was last seasons style and we hard to find. I initially purchased the shoe on Amazon but they were unable to deliver the product by the promised delivery date. I was going on a trip so I used an AI google search to find vendors who might have the shoe. Runners Plus came up and they were located in a state close to me. I called and talked to a human who was extremely helpful and actually walked to the warehouse to visually confirm that he had the shoe in the size I needed. They were shipped the same day and I had them in about 4 days.

This is the first time I've ever ordered from Runners Plus. I ordered two pairs of brooks ghost max for both my husband and myself. Unfortunately, the pair I ordered for my husband were out of stock. Runners Plus promptly sent me an email explaining the color sneaker I originally ordered were unavailable. They provided a link to choose a different color and sent the newly ordered sneakers out immediately. I had them by the next day. They were very accommodating and the customer service was impeccable. My husband and I love our sneakers and will definitely be shopping with Runners Plus in the future...wonderful company!

It is always a challenge to find a 5-toed running shoe that works AND continues to be made. I buy the ones I like and keep them in storage, going through them one at a time. Runners Plus is one of the very few places that carries my style consistently. Yes, these are very costly running "shoes" but when typical running shoes don't work, 5-toed shoes are key.
