I found the website a little cumbersome. When I got to the payment page I wanted to add another item and review both items in the order. I found it eventually, but it didn't seem very intuitive. Otherwise no problems.

I ordered three different stamps, two of the stamps were great and were what I expected. The other one was a triangle approval stamp, and you would have thought that they would have put the word APPROVAL to run parallel along 1 of 3 side walls. Which then would the font would have been larger and easier to read. In other words, if the Triangle was flipped 180° it would have been perfect.

The ink refill for stamper arrived in perfect condition and I started using immediately. It works well and the stamped image is dark and complete. My only gripe is the shipping and handling fees which were almost twice the price of the item itself, less the $5.00. I guess I should have ordered more
