I placed an order with one item chose the wrong code on my final check out by accident. When I checked my confirmation email. I alerted one of the item codes is not the one I chose. I need to change my order item code immediately before my order mail to me. Thus, I emailed to the customer service and let them know to correct the error. Rubber Stamp warehouse responded fast and made the correction, then mailed my order to me. I really appreciate for their quick response and service to avoid the wrong item return for time and postage cost!

I had purchased a stamp last year (June 2025) and set up an account when I did so. The stamp was recently lost, and I needed to replace it. I had hoped to go to my account and simply re-order the stamp. Unfortunately, your company had decided to ditch my account, so I had to create a new account and go through the process of creating a new stamp. You almost lost a customer over this. If this happens again, you will.
