I wanted to get large lettering stamps to mark vacuum sealer bags for the type of fish we were processing. I ordered a set a year ago and the print was too small so I worked with customer service to ensure I got the right suze. When my fishing buddies saw mine they asked me to order 2 more sets for them. Then one their friends also wanted a set so I ordered a set for him. It was easier for me to do the ordering because I already had the stamp size and font figured out. So in a couple of weeks I have ordered 4 sets of 6 stamps for each species of fish we catch. We are sport fishing, not commercial fishing. Looks so professional with the stamps verse writing on each bag with a sharpie!

I placed a re-order for a custom stamp needed for my business and the process was very easy. The system brought up my previous order and only one click was required to re-order. I also ordered a couple of stamp pad refills and it was a little confusing wading through the options but I eventually found what I was looking for. I would suggest putting a prompt for ink pad replacement as part of the order confirmation - it might boost sales. Overall, I am VERY pleased with both the pricing and my experience.

The "pre-inked" versus self inking is not really clear. Also the cost for the pre-inked is not clear. otherwise everything was clear and easy to order.

The stamp was a disappointment and will not last through many years. The raised portion of rubber is microscopic in comparison to the stamp is replacing, which lasted 30 years.
