I love roots, designs, and quality. However, I had a dreadful experience trying to check out. I had to restart several times on my order. I wasn’t sure if my first one even went through or not. Worst experience I’ve had with roots ever. I was totally frustrated with not being able to be able to contact a person instead of AI. The AI did not help at all. I feel more people should be hired for roots. It’s much nicer to talk to a person instead of getting rerouted and basically cut off.

you need to have an area for a coupon code to be entered. I got the welcome 10% for first time order but had no where to enter it. even if not applicable, it should be able to be entered and rejected if not applicable. the field never appeared so I could not use even though purchasing almost $100 in goods

The technology you use for shipping is ridiculous. I almost cancelled my order. The suggested address wouldn't allow me to enter a unit number for my condo and I was stuck in a cycle of having to save or edit. I was very close to canceling my order and I have no interest in online ordering anymore.

I have bought quite a few items from roots, mostly bags. I try to buy when items go on sale as the rack rates are quite steep. As a result the sizes could not be available. This time I bought sweatshirt and sweatpants of different colours because my sizes were not available in one colour. Overall, I like the quality of Roots items. May buy again if the prices are reasonable. Love Roots leather bags and wallets.

Once l enlarged a specific item to examine, then tried to return to the latger category, the website is EXTREMELY slow to respond. It makes selecting items a real chore and l often just give up. Secondly l find the product quality has greatly declined. The increased use of manmade 'fabrics' in apparel is so discouraging.

Overall the experience was OK, perhaps it's me but I found navigation a bit challenging, when hit the back button it didn't take me back to where I had been nor did it retain my sorting choice. I also disliked that only certain colours are included in the sale price wasting time open the link only to find out the colour you want is not on sale, in the end it didn't take that long to find, select, and place my order

Very expensive but very worth it the softest cotton in the world i swear u guys have so soft so wearable but i do wish u had a sleep wearable clothing like more on the sexy side and some more dresses I know that's not what ur about but u can be comfortable and sexy at the same time u can do it and other then that it was easy to shop and buy i new were everything was and thank you I 😊 🙏 will be purchasing soon! Im a very happy customer! I got exactly what I asked for. I also shopped ur sales that's the stuff I baught i couldn't afford the more expensive stuff.
