I just purchased a Roots leather purse in Forest Green, and I am incredibly impressed… again! Having shopped with Roots for decades, I expected excellent quality and design, and they completely delivered.The craftsmanship is beautiful, and I love that the purse is proudly made in Canada. Additionally, the shipping was exceptionally fast, allowing me to enjoy my new purchase right away. While Roots products are an investment, the long-lasting quality makes them entirely worth it. I knew I wouldn't be disappointed, and I highly recommend their bags to anyone looking for a classic, well-made piece.

I love roots products and have purchased them in. The two items I ordered were great quality, but one did not fit in the other was damaged. I’m heading to Canada in a week and plan to visit the root store in Banff and we’ll make a purchase then or I can try the product. I don’t like the fact that I have to pay for a shipping label.

I love Roots and what they stand for. My damaged item was a little bit of a hassle since it was damaged by Fedex, I had to repurchase the item and then request a credit. It would be much easier if the item was just replaced without me needed to purchase and then request a credit.

It was easy to shop, and the photos from various angles were helpful. PayPal is almost too easy… I didn’t get a chance to review my order to see how much shipping was, or note the delivery date. Or, if that was an option I missed, it wasn’t obvious on my phone.

I love Roots, especially as a Canadian expat living in the US. I was so happy to find a hoodie that is UNC Carolina Blue to wear here in Chapel Hill, but also show my Roots and share the company name proud. My only constructive feedback is that I was unable to click on the "Sale" section on the main landing page. It took a few clicks down in the Women's section to go to that section.

I was very happy with my purchase, but I had to return to the store because I noticed a stain on it when I opened it at home :( The staff exchanged it for me, but the associate started scrubbing it with a brush, which worried me as I thought they would damage it. When I asked them not to do that, they clarified they were giving me a replacement anyway, so that was just a mix-up on my part. I would just suggest inspecting the merchandise a bit more carefully so customers don't have to make a return trip
