I diligently and carefully used the size chart that Roots offered and every single item that I purchased was either big or very, very big for the person I ordered for.

Always high quality and beautiful styling! The bags last forever and do not go out of fashion. The lounge outfit is very cozy. I would love to see tall sizes made available.

Items on the site are sometimes hard to find because of the search engine. For example “infants sale” does not always show infant items on sale.

As a loyal customer of Roots for many years, and as someone who just spent a lot of money I expected more than a form email that ignored the issue, followed by another form email that also ignored the facts. The lack of customer service from Roots was surprising and disheartening. This is not the company I knew.

Great purchase experience. Great product. Shipping and tracking was the missing component. I received a notification that the item was shipped and then nothing until it arrived at my door. Attempts to track the package resulted in no updates.

I was specificly looking for pants with zip pockets and it was not part of the description. This is one of the reasons why I like roots pants. However, I wish the description would state that.

Easy to purchase, good quality clothes, a bit expensive. The only think that is confusing to me is your sizing. I’m in the USA, we use small, medium, large…I have a tall skinny son so it’s tough to know what number to buy him.

Pretty smooth during the process. After viewing the product and return back, it didybring me back to where I left off previously. I was confused about the pricing. Thought they were Canadian $ but when I checked my credit card, I then realized they were in USD.

I love Roots - so cozy. I was offered a coupon and was not able to redeem on my purchase, I tried contacting customer service and was unable to reach anyone. I placed my order without coupon so I could get it in time for birthday. I was happy with my purchases. It is very expensive but a wonderful treat and very well made.
