I loved the feel of the product and I wanted the UPF clothing option but the reviews online along with the product details said it was small fitting so I got my size and one up, but both were not the correct size which I found frustrating and I really wanted to keep it but it didn’t fit the way it should. I am finding picking the products to be hard as the names are so close and yet the cut is so different, plus most of the clothing seems be to for smaller sized people or a lot of crop shirts or sweaters and those are just not for me so I will not be buying those here even though I love the quality, feel, colours and that it’s canadian but if it doesn’t fit or offer styles that will work for me, I will not be buying it. I had to return 2 of the 3 items I got which was sad but I was glad I could take it into the store and I could try on other things but still didn’t get them as the fit is not for my body size and shape. I am finding even the marketing images, even though they show diverse cultural groups don’t show body shapes and sizes like me which doesn’t make me feel like I am being thought of especially when the sizes also don’t reflect that. It’s too bad as I have been a customer for over 30 years and still love and wear things for a long time ago.

The sweater was so thin and not soft at all! Not what I expect from roots and the amount that we pay. Normally it’s wonderful soft quality. This sweater was not that! I could have found something better and cheaper at giant tiger. I’m very disappointed. The fact that it’s final sale no refunds and no exchanges is about right considering this sweater. I ended up giving it to my niece.

It was okay. This is my first purchase and sogned up foe the bewsletters so I was given code for $10 off my first purchase over $50. There is nowhere to add a promo code on the payment page. I completed the order from the text I received with the offer and promo code. Figured it would have been automatically factored in but it wasn't.
