I tried to buy 2 big apple shirts and the site said they were in stock. I got an email after I purchased saying that 1 was out of stock and I was super disappointed. I wish I was told before I bought the shirts so I didn’t get my hopes up. I really hope that people who tried to buy the shirt and got their order cancelled have first dibs on the restock so I can get a chance to get the shirt I was really looking forward to.

The leather purse is beautiful. Just the right size. Compact ,has room for my phone and the cards I carry. Great little wrist strap in addition to a shoulder strap making it very versatile for different occasions. I had an error with my order. Part arrived quickly. Part did not arrive. After a quick and easy phone call to customer service, thus was corrected. It also seemed that the call was in Canada and not “ off shore”…I have recently spoken “ off shore” with a number of companies and the phone line was of poor quality. The staff in store and on line were professional and polite. I will return to Roots.

My purchase at Roots was extremely disappointing. I had several issues during checkout which caused me to purchase two of the same order. Now upon returning the duplicate order, I won’t even get a full refund. The issue was due to the website and not user error. I won’t be purchasing from this website again. Recommendations: If the status of an order appears as “cancelled” - it should not suddenly go back to being processed. There should be a buffer time of at least 15 minutes between confirmation and shipment so that users are able to cancel their order with no issue. You should return the full value of the purchase including taxes and fees. It’s ridiculous as a retailer that you don’t.

The only reason I ordered was because my original Roots order arrived and the hat was dirty. Customer service could give me no satisfaction regarding shipping a replacement. I considered returning everything and Roots can suck it. I will think twice about ordering online again with Roots.

I enjoy browsing the Roots website. The additional pictures showing all angles of the product are absolutely great. Adding a person with the product in hand helps with figuring out dimensions with some who are spatially challenged. I was looking for a gift that is truly Canadian for a family member.

Shopping experience and return was smooth. But the dress size is made for someone who is 5 foot 8. I’m 5ft 3 and the “waist” sat at my hips!!!!! FYI, the average height of women in Canada is most definitely not 5ft 8

Roots shipping is very fast. They have a wide variety of hoodie styles and leather purses in various price points. However, their hoodies are fairly expensive and the sale items are not available in many colors and sizes. They are very cozy and nice quality.

I had purchased my first item with a welcome promo code. Unfortunately I had to return item due to size. When I reached out to obtain a new promo code I was told I would receive a $10 credit on my credit card once the replacement item was ordered. I did so, but the credit I received is a savings coupon for a next purchase. That requires spending even more money, I don’t feel it is an adequate resolution.
