Received some of my order promptly. The remaining piece I tracked, first said coming from Windsor, at least in my province. Then coming from Richmond BC! All the while that item was available in my local Roots store! I ordered online as there was a one day sale and I was unable to get to the store. And because the sale said Final , I could not purchase that item and return the ordered one. VERY surprised Roots still uses Canada Post. So many faster options, Purolator, FedEx etc.

Great sale prices and cute colour choices, unfortunate that some of the items I wanted were sold out, such as toddlers clothing in size T4 was sold out for multiple items and the Leather Varsity Jackets with the "roots" on the front instead of the "R". But website loaded fine - more of a stock issue.

The pullover I received came with a big stain above the Roots logo. It says a lot about a company that allows their product go out the door looking like that.

I bought a unisex sweater with roots embroidered on the front I got a size up the men’s small woman medium for a nice cosy relaxed fit, it’s so nice and soft it’s my new favorite sweater, I got twice a cooper quarter zip in cotton candy and the dark grey sweater but the dark grey is like softer it seems I definitely want to get another one and also size it up for the super cozy fit, like I can sleep in this sweater cus it fits over my big sleep shirts but it’s not too big that it looks frumpy it’s perfect with a pair of leggings and a ball cap or touque and cute moccs would be such a nice fit! And it’s such good fits too compared to cheaper clothing it really is worth the price even if I think it’s still a lil expensive. But I got everything on sale !

The Cloud line is the most comfortable hoodies/crew necks/ sweats i have ever owned. I have multiple from the ONE line, but the Cloud line is by far the best. The nylon line is perfect for travel and relaxing. I wear them on days off and they survive mountain biking, jogging, boating, swimming, or daily activities. I am brutal to them, and have never had a rip or tear.

Shipping package was torn and melted onto some of the clothing. The torn package was placed in another package for mailing. I provided pictures and they want me to ship back the goods that clearly have melted plastic on them. Doesn’t make sense to waste money on shipping bad goods back. Ideally would just get a refund. Don’t you all have shipping insurance?

Kept crashing. Hardest to place order. I order a lot online but this was somewhat frustrating. Charging for delivery is simply wrong especially when store pickup is unavailable.

Items were great recipient loves them and how they actually fit his 6,3 frame with a 32 inch inseam, first sweats that fit him and are even a little long as the bunch around his ankles. I was not happy with the original prices and only bought items from here because I had two gift cards, that’s the only way I’d buy again. However the recipient might look more into your tall sizing for the future. Great feel, super soft, great quality, nice colours.

Made an account and then tried to login but it didn’t work. It’s something about maybe just having an account for the Canada site and not the United States site or something like that anyway I spent like 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get an account and it didn’t work so I just checked out as a guest.

Hi - I recently went into a Roots in Birmingham, MI and really loved the merchandise. The issue I had placing my order is that I didn't see an option anywhere to indicate the item was a gift. Now my sister will receive her b day present with $ on receipt.

I really like your products and have always purchased the, but, I have nticed that you have changed some of the fabric and it feels thinner and more like poliester. As well, some of your products are not as stylish and are more androgenous; plain colors and style. i do hope you go back to the thicker organic cotton and you also get some more style in there for other peopl, like the snowy owl. you could have done that in a teal blue green. why no more nice styles ??
