It was okay. This is my first purchase and sogned up foe the bewsletters so I was given code for $10 off my first purchase over $50. There is nowhere to add a promo code on the payment page. I completed the order from the text I received with the offer and promo code. Figured it would have been automatically factored in but it wasn't.

I tried to buy 2 big apple shirts and the site said they were in stock. I got an email after I purchased saying that 1 was out of stock and I was super disappointed. I wish I was told before I bought the shirts so I didn’t get my hopes up. I really hope that people who tried to buy the shirt and got their order cancelled have first dibs on the restock so I can get a chance to get the shirt I was really looking forward to.

The leather purse is beautiful. Just the right size. Compact ,has room for my phone and the cards I carry. I had an error with my order. Part arrived quickly. Part did not arrive. After a quick and easy phone call to customer service, thus was corrected. It also seemed that the call was in Canada and not “ off shore”…I have recently spoken “ off shore” with a number of companies and the phone line was of poor quality. The staff in store and on line were professional and polite. I will return to Roots.

My purchase at Roots was extremely disappointing. I had several issues during checkout which caused me to purchase two of the same order. Now upon returning the duplicate order, I won’t even get a full refund. The issue was due to the website and not user error. I won’t be purchasing from this website again. Recommendations: If the status of an order appears as “cancelled” - it should not suddenly go back to being processed. There should be a buffer time of at least 15 minutes between confirmation and shipment so that users are able to cancel their order with no issue. You should return the full value of the purchase including taxes and fees. It’s ridiculous as a retailer that you don’t.
