I had a gift card and tried using it. Said it would be used until the payment then would not apply it.

It keep pushing me to use the shop app, but I kept getting a message saying my order couldn’t be processed. Eventually I figured out I didn’t need to use the shop app to finish my purchase. Also every time I clicked on an item to further look at it, when I went back to the main list, it kept making me restart the whole list! It was really annoying having to load more products every time.

When using combination of gift card and credit card for payment, it is not very clear because the website does not show the gift cards being subtracted from the balance. It could ne a little more user-friendly

I order Roots because I know their products will be soft and long lasting. I am a Canadian living in the US so I purchase online. I have worn Roots clothing most of my life.

Fix your shipping forum. Half is a common enough prefix to an address! (1/2) Needs to be an option and the fact that you redirect to either fix it or select an option that's straight up wrong was insane.

Due to this experience, I will not be shopping with Roots again. I worked at Roots while I was in university and have always been a loyal supporter of the brand. That's why this situation has been so disappointing. Attempting to use a gift card online has turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I have been given no clear explanation of what is actually preventing the transaction from being completed. What is particularly frustrating is that I have not been provided with any reasonable alternative payment options or a clear understanding of how to resolve the issue. For a company that values customer service and loyalty, this level of inconvenience over the use of a gift card is unacceptable. I have always had a positive view of Roots, but this experience has significantly changed my perception of the company.

I've been a Roots customer for a very long time and I've always been happy with the quality of the products, design and the stores that offer a wide range of product selection which makes Roots one of my gift shopping destinations. I am also very satisfied with ordering online as the online shopping experience on the website was seamless. Overall, I personally love this brand and I'm proud to be Canadian as I have owned plenty of Roots clothing pieces myself.

My online order has been cancelled 3x for sizing issues but website still shows availability of selected size so cancellation not .akimg sense. Tried calling help line but only got generic automated voice responses.

I own a lot of Roots products and anyone that knows me knows how much I love Roots. This dress was a huge disappointment. I have 3 shorter ones of that style and thought a longer one would be nice. It looked hideous - the pockets bulged out at my hips and looked ridiculous. Disappointed with the return in the fact that you get hit with a $12 fee or you get a gift card. I chose the gift card. I didn’t realize the one store in MA had closed so my only option was to mail it back.

I received a code for $10 off my order 2 days ago; when I tried to use it today it said invalid or expired . Was not impressed with that , but since I love Roots and I found the colour I wanted for the items I wanted , I continued with my purchase

Other sites offer shorter shipping times on regular shipping. Even Roots express shipping isn’t as fast especially for the cost.

I am a Roots employee (currently employed at Square One - employee number 127404) and was unable to use my discount towards this purchase. As well with the extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment that the article of clothing I had purchase was not available for me to pick up in store, my store or any store in the GTA never had any in stock of this product, the collection is limited edition, I reached out to the marketing team to see if we can collaborate in order to showcase the Ghana hoodie as on all Roots’ social media, you guys have not shown any representation of the Ghana hoodie, tshirt and/or hat.

I notices that some of the search filters don’t seem accurate. For example, choosing Classic fit and he results don’t have all the items with classic fit.
