Colour choice can be selected but colours have separate items. This seems redundant. I was looking in the description if purses had zipper closing or magnetic ones. I couldn’t always find it.

I was not happy at all with what I purchased you put my order through stating it was there then later hours later you say that it is no longer available which I bought an outfit and now I don’t have the complete outfit. I cannot return because it was on sale and it says final sale so I had to go back on and find another pair of pants which I didn’t love as much if it wasn’t there it should not have stated that it was in stock and put my order through and make me pay.

I was disappointed that one of the items I ordered, was canceled. I was sent a ‘15% off order’ coupon to use in the next month. Last time I had this happen, I received a ‘50% off one item’ coupon. I felt disappointed when I saw it was 15%, this time. It made me think it happens a lot and so the percentage was reduced, to minimize the cost to Roots. 15% off is appreciated but it is not substantial enough to suggest regret for canceling an item, I ordered. The items I did receive, arrived in a timely manner, and the return process was super simple, which I liked.

Bad and good i had some and disagreement over a sales. Item, that was at the store but I couldn't buy it. There because it was too tight, so I tried to buy it online on sale. And then there was a little bit of discrepancy to the point where the person said that they probably wouldn't be able to take care of it. Which is kind of crazy? Because if it's on in store and it's on sale, then I don't understand why it's not on sale online. Anyway, that agent did end the end. Tell me that the item was going on sale.
