Not as impressed with delivery from Roots as I have been in the past. I ordered two woven wristlets. I previous orders the leather was wrapped in tissue but these were loose in the shipping bag - not even in a plastic bag. I'm not impressed.

My biggest issue with the website is using the back button. It resets completely and means you have to set filters again in order to keep scrolling. This def makes it more time consuming to purchase and frustrating!

It took an unusually long time for the tracking to show that my product had been actually sent. I emailed after two weeks of no information. Then within a day or two I got a notice that my product was on the way. FedEx delivered it. Everything else was fine as in the ordering process and the actual product is great. Just the shipping time was really slow.

All good overall. The only issue was that one item appeared to be available and was added to my cart, but after I placed the order, I was notified that it couldn’t be delivered. My credit card was still charged in full, and it took five days for the refund to be processed. Other than that, I love Roots products!

Hi there, I ordered three t-shirts. The quality is really good, sizing, hmmm not so much. The Torotonto Tempo t-shirts look great with the exception of the massive sizing. I thought I was ordering XL Woman and it was a very big XL Men. Would have been good to have that clarified.

I recently received the small woven leather tote in gray. I also got the matching wallet, wristlet and keychain coin purse. The set is gorgeous, luxurious. I absolutely love it. posibe experience. i appreciated that when i used a filter by size the items consolidated the color choices of an particular item to one link. it seemed on the opening screen there were multiple links for different colors of the same shirt.

I was charged extra on credit card and online receipt shows a lower amount. That is a mis-reporting issue. Why am I charged 296 when amount is 272 on online receipt. I know there was a hold of payment but even after that was removed these items and my credit card payments do not match online receipt.

Please fix the navigation on ethe website. When you “load more” and then have to go back, there is no “return to shopping” or by pages. Otherwise it returns to the beginning and you have to keep scrolling and “load more”.

Love the zipped sweatshirt and cap I purchased. Great quality. The sweatpants I ordered to match the sweatshirt is still ‘processing’ after more than 2+ weeks. Another cap I ordered was cancelled. FedEx tracking is just silly. It said my order was at a pickup location, then back at the depot, when I’d actually received 2 of the 4 items I’d ordered
