I am a Roots employee (currently employed at Square One - employee number 127404) and was unable to use my discount towards this purchase. As well with the extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment that the article of clothing I had purchase was not available for me to pick up in store, my store or any store in the GTA never had any in stock of this product, the collection is limited edition, I reached out to the marketing team to see if we can collaborate in order to showcase the Ghana hoodie as on all Roots’ social media, you guys have not shown any representation of the Ghana hoodie, tshirt and/or hat.

item has not been received. no tracking information available from FedEx. I followed up with Roots online chat and they're making me wait an additional week to see if FedEx can find the item. But Roots has still charged my credit card!

From start to finish, the ordering process is very easy. Normally, my orders are fulfilled locally in the GTA but this time, it was fulfilled in Calgary, making the delivery time a little longer than usual. Still not a deal-breaker at all but normally, Roots delivery is lightning fast and I think I've been spoiled by that. Love this company and their products, I wouldn't care if I had to wait for them to be delivered from the other side of the world.

The dress is so pretty and I love the quality and feel of the material. I had placed an order and needed a different size but my only option was to return instead of exchange. So I had to return my item, take a $12 return hit, and then reorder my item at original price which was frustrating since I just wanted to exchange for a different available size. But I'm very happy with my dress and I would still order again.

Colour choice can be selected but colours have separate items. This seems redundant. I was looking in the description if purses had zipper closing or magnetic ones. I couldn’t always find it.

I was not happy at all with what I purchased you put my order through stating it was there then later hours later you say that it is no longer available which I bought an outfit and now I don’t have the complete outfit. I cannot return because it was on sale and it says final sale so I had to go back on and find another pair of pants which I didn’t love as much if it wasn’t there it should not have stated that it was in stock and put my order through and make me pay.
