Was not happy that I had to search for the matchng top or bottom This should automatically pop up aa an option to purchase the matching set etc... Id be more inclined to buy more if im not so frustrated with trying to buy all matching items

I enjoy browsing the Roots website. The additional pictures showing all angles of the product are absolutely great. Adding a person with the product in hand helps with figuring out dimensions with some who are spatially challenged. I was looking for a gift that is truly Canadian for a family member.

Shopping experience and return was smooth. But the dress size is made for someone who is 5 foot 8. I’m 5ft 3 and the “waist” sat at my hips!!!!! FYI, the average height of women in Canada is most definitely not 5ft 8

Roots shipping is very fast. They have a wide variety of hoodie styles and leather purses in various price points. However, their hoodies are fairly expensive and the sale items are not available in many colors and sizes. They are very cozy and nice quality.

I had purchased my first item with a welcome promo code. Unfortunately I had to return item due to size. When I reached out to obtain a new promo code I was told I would receive a $10 credit on my credit card once the replacement item was ordered. I did so, but the credit I received is a savings coupon for a next purchase. That requires spending even more money, I don’t feel it is an adequate resolution.

Roots products are great. Unfortuately my last two FedEx shipments were damaged.The first one, Roots resolved quickly. The second one, still waiting on an email response a week later. Maybe Roots stores could pack the merchandise a bit better. Still waiting for a response.

Seemed a little slow / glitchy at times. Panning from color to color took multiple clicks sort of thing. Searching “beaver” I’d be sure it screens not only apparel or items with beaver in description but items that also have beavers but not necessarily in the name sort of thing.

Not as impressed with delivery from Roots as I have been in the past. I ordered two woven wristlets. I previous orders the leather was wrapped in tissue but these were loose in the shipping bag - not even in a plastic bag. I'm not impressed.

My biggest issue with the website is using the back button. It resets completely and means you have to set filters again in order to keep scrolling. This def makes it more time consuming to purchase and frustrating!

It took an unusually long time for the tracking to show that my product had been actually sent. I emailed after two weeks of no information. Then within a day or two I got a notice that my product was on the way. FedEx delivered it. Everything else was fine as in the ordering process and the actual product is great. Just the shipping time was really slow.
