I reached out immediately after my first order purchase explaining the one item I chose was the wrong color. I emailed, called, and chat. I asked within minutes to simply UPDATE the order. I was blown off. I was told no way. And if I wanted a different color I would have to just BUY ANOTHER ONE!! Then drive 2 hrs out of my way, to return the color I accidentally bought. I am awaiting back surgery— hence the “convenience” of attempting to purchase bday and Xmas gifts online. Roots customer service is non existent. The quality of the products are most definitely cheap made in China material. I’ve been a life long customer. Purchasing for myself, family, friends. This is utterly disgusting to see what ONCE was a great company, is now beyond pathetic in almost all aspects. Truly. After explaining all of this numerous times to your customer “service” team, I am no farther ahead. Only further dissatisfied and valuable time wasted. I will be most certainly posting all of this to all my socials, my network of colleagues, and ensuring unsuspecting buyers of the pathetic service and product. It’s horrendous, at best.
