I did instore purchase at eaton centre location, cashier told me my promo coupon is over. I explain it ends tonight. Gentleman said it’s over. I paid regular price. Got home and called head off customer service and Dena the customer support she was very helpful and apologized on behalf. Couple days later, went back eatons to get my 20% off and manager said there’s no email about this problem and I had explain it again which was such waste of my time. Dena forward out situation and email to roots eaton centre to notify lady name Kimberly coming.
I just wanted tell customer service my experience because just don’t want it to happen to another customer. Spending $400 is a lot and using promo coupon saves me a lot.
In the end I got 20% off, but I had explain who I talk to.
I always have a problem with eaton centre location. Second time in my life. I do prefer Sherway and bloor roots.
