J'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à entrer dans mon compte, multiple changement de mot de passe mais rien y fait. J'ai conclu mes achats en utilisant la procédure invité et la shopify a terminé le tout. Est-ce que tout passe par Shop??? J'aurais aimé le savoir au lieu de tenter toute sortes de choses.

Soon after putting the order, contacted the customer service to have $10 applied to the order. Still has not been done. One item says size 4T but it is so small to fit as track jacket. Very disappointing.

Every item I searched, it gave me a few options to choose from and every size was available which is amazing! I’ve been struggling to find matching outfits for my kids to take Santa photos in. Last year we chose roots for the very same reason, you had sizing in both items desired! We will be doing our photos with Santa again in roots, I will tag and share. Love Roots!

I bought three pair of sweatpants last year that you don’t offer anymore. Other than that they pill I like them. So I bought two pair of a difft style this time. They are a bit heavier. I prefer the weight of last years. But these are very nice and soft. Not crazy about the zippers on pockets.

I’m quite disappointed with Roots lately. I initially purchased a matching sweatpants and sweater set, and Roots cancelled the sweatpants on me, so I was forced to keep the sweater purchase as it was final sale. Then I went online again, and saw the sweatpants were still available for order in the same size - naturally I reordered so I could finally have my matching set. Once again, they cancelled my order. Very disappointed in the lack of response from customer service pertaining to this matter as well. Will definitely be purchasing my matching sweat at elsewhere now.

I would not recommend roots to anyone. They scammed me. I placed this order and did’nt receive any communication for 4-5 days as I needed these items quickly. I contacted live chat support and that lady told me my order did not go through. So, I have to place new order and I did exactly same and received exact same items from second order and then out of nowhere you guys shipped these items and charged my card. Now, I am outside of country for extended time and nobody is home to return that items and by the time I will be back the return policy will be over then. Can someone from your end contact me through email to solve this pleaseee

I just described my issue on the previous page, and I cannot even go back to copy what I wrote. This is the 4th order that I am placing, if any items of it gets cancelled I will never shop at roots again. I cannot cancel an order but you can? I cannot add items to my (still in processing) order or cancel it so that I can get one order and not have to pay for shipping. You give me a code that is only good for full price items and I cannot even use it to offset the shipping costs? so I have to buy 2 items so that I don't pay for shipping? Please get with the program, you need to allow customers to do things to their cart as if they were at the store. I do all my shopping online, including groceries. So if you don't make a better shopping experience I will not come back ever again. Also for your bags, you had a person modelling them so that I had a sense of their size, now there is nothing, I had to go to each item and check the size for each one. I've spent the last 4 hours looking at items and then looking again because you keep cancelling them because your size availability is not accurate, there are no excuses for that, you use computers so update the numbers properly. And the question below is stupid, I have issues with 5 items in the list and not just one.

Your availability should be more accurate, I ordered items that were then cancelled, but then when I try and order others I get hit with the shipping charge. I didn't realize that my coupon was a one time use ... I tried to cancel the order because I forgot to order another purse and I could not, most merchants allow you to cancel the order for the next x number of minutes, it could be 15 minutes, but yours could not be cancelled at all, or allow me to add items to the order. All my shopping is online and I have not bought anything at roots for a while so I must say that you are falling behind here, my experience was frustrating and you cannot accommodate any of the things that other merchants can, so if you don't fix it, then I will not be shopping at roots again if I can shop somewhere else that will allow me to add items to my order or cancel it right away. I also cannot pay by entering a credit card, I had to use the shop site, why can't I just enter a credit card with you, I don't want to go through a 3rd party app.

I purchased a matching set that was final sale. Unfortunately the hoodie was sold out. I contacted customer service to explain that I wanted to return the bottoms even though they were final sale and explained the reason. She was so understanding. She contacted the store if my choice and advised them and when I went to return them it was seamless! Excellent customer service!

Items were cancelled and my order was not completed twice. Stock issues are annoying generally but then a restock was announced and it seems completely irrational that a limited preliminary run made the item seem more desirable but was actually just inconvenient. Also I recently came across information about roots being US based which is hilarious considering it’s Canada focused paraphernalia. It now reads inauthentic and I would no longer consider the brand for Christmas

Sale is great, found what I was lookkny for easily. I was on the chrome browser and my payment wouldn't go through. So I tried Firefox and it worked. Had to add everything back in the cart but it went through just fine.

I recently placed a Roots order and couldn’t be happier. Most of the items were Christmas gifts, and the quality is exactly what I expect from Roots—well-made, cozy, and perfect for the holidays. I did treat myself to one sweater, and it’s honestly become my new favourite: soft, comfortable, and beautifully made. Everything arrived in great condition and right on time. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend Roots for anyone looking for quality gifts (or a little something for themselves!)

I love Roots clothes. The quality is great and the fit is true to the sizing. Half my closet is Roots items as I find them extremely comfortable and easy care. Some of my Roots track suits are over 10 years old yet they look like new, yes I do wear & wash them a lot!
