Hello. My name is Justin Whalen and I just finished making a Roots purchase for holiday gifts and I was very disappointed with the online shopping experience. It was not properly working for the majority of the time and then when I got it to work, I tried using my Gift Card, which it would say it accepted, but when confirming my payment, it would not include it on the total amount to be charged to my credit card. I made multiple attempts to re-try to see if something wasn't working, but it would not work. So, I've made the purchase without using the gift card, but I intend on calling Roots Customer Support to have a discussion on this issue. I've purchased with gift cards through Roots in the past and not had issues, so I was both surprised and disappointed when it did not work this time. I am hopeful I can be helped by updating the order to include my gift card if this commented is responded to or I connect with Roots Customer Support. Thanks, Justin
