I ordered non gender sweatpants and hoodie because I liked the colours, however, they were far too big and didn't fit right. I just returned them, and I'll go back to Women's only clothing since they fit much better.

I placed an order for two items during your Black Friday sale and one of the items (Recover Essential Pull On Pant) was cancelled because it was "not available". Today it is available so I purchased it but now have to pay $9.00 for shipping. I am now have to pay this amount because your website inventory is inaccurate. Seems ridiculous.

Tricky sizing but same great quality

The sizing for sweats is very tricky depending if it’s a gender-free item or women’s sweats. I have 3x women’s sweats that are big so I ordered 2x this time and they are super tight. I ordered another pair of original sweats and am returning the others. Hopefully they fit like a 2x. Also, they name the sweats the same name so pay close attention, the ones with bf in the title have ROOTS written across the butt. Also, they don’t keep your order history filed to your account so you can’t tell what you previously ordered. Roots could do better in these aspects. The quality of the Roots brand remains the same. Thick, cozy, warm sweats.

We’re huge fans of Roots as a family — especially my kids, who always reach for their Roots outfits first. The pants are thick, durable, and hold up so well, even for active little boys. My kids are on the slimmer side, but the pants never slip down, and the fabric is soft. Personally, I find the Organic Original pants in the plain colors feel a bit thicker than the Salt & Pepper ones — I think the cotton content is slightly higher — so I tend to prefer those. We buy the Organic Original sweatpants in multiple colors every year for both siblings, and even we parents have the matching hoodies and pants. We love doing family matching outfits with Roots. They also make wonderful gifts for grandparents and friends — everyone always loves them. Truly recommend!

Great quality for the clothing. Expensive, but good when on sale. I was disappointed in having ordered items and not receiving 2 pieces that were on sale because they weren’t available. Seemed like it was the way to get people to purchase more - not remove sold items from the site.

very good quality clothing, quite pricy, more discounts would be great, and restocking items more frequently would even better. My mom was trying to get me the cloud ice blue sweatsuit, both hoodie and sweatpants, for Christmas and the website had stated that there were only a few left in stock, so she ordered it. Roots contacted her saying they could not complete the order because "she should know that when there are only a few left in stock, that means there is none left". Ridiculous! They tried making her sound stupid for not assuming this, even though I have shopped at Aritzia when it has said only 1 left in stock and I still received my order and was not told I should just know that. That is simply false advertisement as they could simply have just stated on their website that they had none left in stock instead of leading people on to think they are able to get this good quality, Christmas gift! Other than this occurrence, Roots is a very good quality, comfortable clothing brand!

I ordered online. The tracker was difficult to use but I finally managed to find a link somewhere else in my email that took me to the proper tracking area. My purchase was delivered to the store, which took forever to track. I never received a call saying it had arrived. I had to track down my order on my own. Once I arrived atvthe store, I was told by numerous employees that my package wasn't there (they couldn't fine the order on the handheld tablet). I asked them to physically look for it as I had confirmation on my phone showing it had been received bybthe store. The employees did not want to look, instead relying on technology that showed no delivery. Finally the key holder on duty reluctantly went to look and found it. I'm not sure why nobody wanted take the time to look.

Website was decent - I shopped mostly on the sale tab which had a lot of good options and was easy to maneuver. I like roots because i know it's a good quality brand - I mostly buy in Canada - the website was easy to switch from the Canadian site to the American site.

The website is ok to navigate. Sometimes the size filtering could be better. For example, if I want to see the items that only come in gender-neutral sizing 1,2,3,4,5 etc they should come up when I search S, M, L, XL, etc. They should not be separate searches. I did not experience any instances of the website crashing and generally the items were easy to find. I would like to see more items in extended sizing.

My parcel arrived on time. However, I ordered two identical pairs of cabin socks - they arrived in two separate packages a couple days apart. I had a total of 5 packages arrive with 6 items, total. Must cost a mint in shipping for Roots. But, so thrilled how quickly the parcels were shipped out!

Roots is a brand name that comes with royalty the clothes are super fine and their quality is great. I loved all of the items that I ordered online and they came on time alongside I was little disappointed for the article that I was looking for got out of stock and didn't came back. I'm only buying from Roots because I vacationed in Vancouver, BC for a week, and I passed by a Roots store in the outlets by the airport. I've been lurking for an online deal for a while to buy something nice to remember my time up north. Fortunately, I found something—and that's really all that matters to me. It looks good but it’s not user friendly. I always sort my items from low to high price, but every time I viewed an item and returned to the list of items after viewing a product, it defaulted back and I had to reselect low to high every time. If I wasn’t trying to find a roots sweatshirt for my niece, I wouldn’t have bothered continuing my shopping. Also, you have far too many items that are final sale, which makes it challenging to shop online for kids. Your store stock is nonexistent so I can’t even go look at the items. I was very limited in my options as a result.
