The only way to describe the resolution process is simply grading the responses which were always polite and straightforward. I received feedback through email and I reached out by email and phone in order to come to a conclusion swifter. No disappoint there. I used to order from RMF all the time because they would adjust the pant seam to a short length. The last two times I’ve ordered, the pants have simply been labeled ‘petite’ but are far too long to be considered petite. Medium size used to fit me perfectly but now they are way too big - all other brands/clothing remain fitting well.

Well I ordered four sets of Scrubs and it took over 3 weeks from them to get to my house which is ridiculous it should have took that long last time I ordered it didn't take that long I think someone dropped the ball and putting in the order

I will not order from RMF Scrubs again, and I will never recommend them. I had a huge order planned if RMF Scrubs met my expectations. They did not. I ordered a set of scrubs and a lab coat from them. I have worn the same size for 40 years. Using their size chart, everything should have been fine. I usually need to have the pants altered anyway. The size was way off. The V in the neck went down to my navel. The shirt wanted to fall off my shoulders, and the waist was tight. So, I tried again, I ordered a size smaller. The shirt was way too tight and the pants fit, but even after having a smaller inseam, they were way to long. I will not order again, and the large order will go to another company that has better quality control.

RMF Scrubs had a great color selection of scrub pants at reasonable prices. I would have liked to have tracking information to know when my package would arrive, but maybe they don't have that service. I was also slightly disappointed by the materials quality, but once they were washed, they looked okay. I had a slight problem with the size chart that I couldn't open, and it would have been better if I could have seen the pants' length before ordering, but that may be a glitch in their system.
