The only way to describe the resolution process is simply grading the responses which were always polite and straightforward. I received feedback through email and I reached out by email and phone in order to come to a conclusion swifter. No disappoint there. It took over a month for them to even process the order and ship them out.

I used to order from RMF all the time because they would adjust the pant seam to a short length. The last two times I’ve ordered, the pants have simply been labeled ‘petite’ but are far too long to be considered petite. Medium size used to fit me perfectly but now they are way too big - all other brands/clothing remain fitting well.
