An item we order was damaged in transit. I contacted costumer service and the went above and beyond. They replace my whole order and I received it in only a few days! And contacted me in email to make sure it was received and not damage. Their costumer service is excellent and I would recommend buying from them to anyone. I will be buying from this company again!

Looking for a particular tiffany style lamp and I found it. Found more than 1 but can only afford 1. Have several River of Goods items and lamps that I used to purchase from Shop HQ, I wish you had some of the Lily lamps in a floor style. Would like to find some coupons

I love hearing the story of how the goods are made and from artisans who care for their work. I hope those artisans are well cared for. River of Goods seems to care for those artisans well.

I was looking for a specific stained glass lamp. You had it! I could not find it anywhere else. Checking out was easy and the package arrived to my house as expected. the lamp was beautiful and packaged well. I love your merchandise. You carry very cool things. I especially like that you are a locally owned business. I think you have done a great job!

I had a previous lamp similar to one I purchased.the red is beautiful!I can't keep the glass flowers in the base..2 kept falling off .I thought of gluing them to the base but I may make more problems to change lightbulbs when needed.it is made well and will not return it.
