I wish there was more options for tags to put on the ribbon. Really happy to find exactly what I was looking for. I did like the option of getting printed rolls of ribbons. This gave me options.

I think things are good now after the order. I struggled for a bit understanding how the logo and the background color would interact. My logo had a couple of "white pixels" and it wouldn't appear on white if printing on a truly yellow ribbon yet it seems that the color is printed as well (so all good there). Biggest struggle: There was a credit card payment option. I used the company Mastercard which was detected. I received an error that the merchant had not setup credit card payments (my guess is mastercard-specific). I got around it by adding the card to my PayPal and paying with PayPal. Onward! Excited to see the ribbon. :)

The website works well. I did want a certin color ribbon (grey) it was not listed among the choice for ribbon with the picture. You did hav a similar ribbon under cancer awareness though. I submitted the order after calling and soeaking with someone. they advised me to select a ribbon and notate the color I truly needed. I am praying they come out correctly as these are a gift to the bereved family.

Just wish the initial examples to choose is more detailed. I usually buy "cut ribbon" no bow, and is always confused seeing bows to start. I forget that after choosing 18in there is the choice "cut only."

The ribbon customization was a bit clunky. I wish there were a clear option to indicate that I do not want anything printed. Other than that, the website is very straightforward.

Seems like the only place that can print full color logo ribbon. But the price and lack of color matching is quite disappointing. Why get a ribbon with my logo made if i cant have everything the exact color of my logo. Also, my logo isn't the right color and its tons of money?? Yeah.

Ribbon Warehouse's website is easy to use and placing an order was simple. I've had previous contact with customer service about these ribbons, so I felt confident that I've ordered what we are expecting to receive. The website needs an update that shows a preview of the ribbon created. Shopify has some excellent options for customization and it would help bring the website up to date. I'm good with design and was able to work through the clunky interface, but it's time for an update.

For shipping, it would be good to know if "Standard Shipping" means UPS Ground, or US Postal Service. In our location, USPS does not deliver to physical addresses, only PO Boxes. So how you ship affects the address I need to provide you. I hope I gave you the right one...
