It was not really clear. There should be a little more detail. I'm not sure if they will be using my logo colors plus black for the text. They should specify a format for the logo. The review may not be fair as it is too soon to tell how this experience is going to be. The shopping part does leave room for improvement.

Memorial ribbon perfect for my client. There were specific questions I had during the design process and the only way to get answers was to send an email inquiry, they were not listed in the FAQ link. My inquiries took days away from my client getting her order.

Very nice to have a wide choice of colors for ribbons, inks, and sizes. It might''ve been nice to see a little mock up of my logo on the ribbon to qualify my color choices, but it was okay. I will be getting a proof.

Fairly easy to navigate, doesn't give enough info at checkout for delivery time or needed by date. Also ask personal questions and this is a business order.

I think it was a bit hard to navigate the website, as it seemed outdated. Have you tried using Wix? I use them for my business website, and they seem to have some pretty good tools and pricing plans. I find the product descriptions a bit hard to navigate, as well. It feels like I am ordering from a mail-in catalog instead of a website. I haven't received the product yet, though I am looking forward to, especially given the prices and 3/8" availability.

We've used Ribbon Warehouse twice to customize ribbons to hang from name tags at a workshop and have had GREAT experiences. One was accidentally printed on the wrong color and they were VERY RESPONSIVE to fix it for us right away. It was nice to have such great service. End products are HIGH QUALITY and SERVICE is great - they do what they say they are going to do and meet established timelines. THANKS Ribbon Warehouse!

I wish there was more options for tags to put on the ribbon. Really happy to find exactly what I was looking for. I did like the option of getting printed rolls of ribbons. This gave me options.

I think things are good now after the order. I struggled for a bit understanding how the logo and the background color would interact. My logo had a couple of "white pixels" and it wouldn't appear on white if printing on a truly yellow ribbon yet it seems that the color is printed as well (so all good there). Biggest struggle: There was a credit card payment option. I used the company Mastercard which was detected. I received an error that the merchant had not setup credit card payments (my guess is mastercard-specific). I got around it by adding the card to my PayPal and paying with PayPal. Onward! Excited to see the ribbon. :)

The website works well. I did want a certin color ribbon (grey) it was not listed among the choice for ribbon with the picture. You did hav a similar ribbon under cancer awareness though. I submitted the order after calling and soeaking with someone. they advised me to select a ribbon and notate the color I truly needed. I am praying they come out correctly as these are a gift to the bereved family.
