This is the 1st time I've visited the refillBay website, and I was specifically interested in ink for my Canon Maxify GX2020. It's a simple, easy on the eyes design although they might have considered choosing a color scheme that was more in line with their offerings which are inks & toners that produce all manner of bright, vibrate, long-lasting colors at prices that are as attractive as the colors their products can produce. They provide aftermarket ink, toner products, and more for that meet and sometimes even exceed the OEM product, and as far as I can tell, they'll stand behind their products however, be sure you read and understand their "100% guarantee" and it's terms. "Why did I say that?", you ask? In reading it, it "sounds" [to me] as if they're "hedging their bets" when they limit as return to 365 days for an unopened product. Ink??? That means the lifetime for sealed, unopened ink is 365 days...OR is it really??? So, I went ahead and ordered some for my Canon Maxify GX2020, which I use quite a lot at home, printing just about everything from drafts to high-quality protos. Reasons: 1) It IS full pigment, 2) very nice price, and 3) very nice shipping charges as well. If it performs as I anticipate then I'll let ya' know; if it doesn't, I'll try to work with refillBay to sort it out, and whatever the outcome, I'll let you know that as well.
Food for the Survey Creators:
1) Below you ask "...best describes the primary topic of your comment?" - I would think that asking people to stack rank maybe 3-5 choices in order of most to least important would provide a much clearer understanding. 2) In another section you ask "...describe your comments" - I feel like you're trying to "force" me into a choice that, in my case (and probably others), is not valid. I don't consider my comments to be just either/or, this and that, not this and not that. They are meant to be thoughtful, provide information, and provide an unbiased point-of-view from this consumer. There realoly should be a way to "opt-out" of those choices 'cause they just aren't "real-world" are they?
