it was overall very easy to buy with shop and affirm. My only complaint will probably be the price of the filters are a bit expensive, however accounting that it's for a year it doesn't stop me from buying it. also it's $10 off on the official site compared to Amazon. the product itself is amazing.

Problem is, this isn’t really your fault. So I would not go on blast or demand anything from Rabbit Air. However, I accidentally ordered the incorrect size of filter replacements. Like a nut, I just cut them down. Now the filter machine is making a burning smell, so I’ve turned it off. I have to figure the whole thing out. I know I have to buy the correct size obviously. I obviously should have just returned the incorrect ones. Again, it’s a ME problem.
