It's a great product despite not getting the average full year of performance from the filter pack. Usage was far from every day but when called upon, it worked well. Got almost 10 months from filter. Customer service is great. They resolved an online order issue to my satisfaction. Their website may lack some user friendly details and cost seems high but this is a good value product to me.

I am a massage therapist and have had a rabbit air filter in my office for the last three years, It's done such an exceptional job. Recently I moved to an apartment that was build in the last 1800's and for various reasons the air quality isn't that great. The new rabbit air filter at home has made a wonderful difference in the indoor air quality. Also feels great to be prepared for when forest fires occur, or when the corn farmers fertilize their fields. My only complaint is that even in sleep mode the green light indicators are very bright, they throw light across the entire room. I would love to have sleep mode turn off ALL lights.

I have had the same Rabbit Air Purifier for 18 years. I purchased it for my then infant. He literally still uses the same purifier and he’s now an adult! This really speaks to the quality and longevity of the products. I also own two other new models for each floor of my home. I’d say it’s one of the longest running items I own.

I bought the bio gs. This is my second one The first had lasted over 12 years and going strong. I also owned the classic. I love that the new version has a button on the remote to turn off the led lights. I have to cover the lights on the previous version in the bedroom. The air filter is super quiet on any speed below 4. I purchased a second because I have active dogs that shed and stir up all kinds of dust It was made a huge difference for my allergies.

This company sent upon my request a paper catalogue which did resemble what was on line. I prefer paper so I can browse off line. I ordered on line once I chose my product and was very pleased when it arrived within 2-3 days in very good condition. I was more amazed at its packaging and how easy it was to unwrap and set up even without the manual. It works just fine and I can breathe easier at night without the usual congestion.

I ordered this product because it was in my room at a health spa. I researched it online and sounded great. I ordered 3. One with germ filter and 2 with odor filters. The odor filters do absolutely nothing. I have a very clean home and just mild odor in 2 rooms where dogs mostly hang out. No change in scents at all after one week… The purchase experience was excellent and delivery as well.
