I received an email reminding me that it's time to replace the filter. I clicked on the link and it took straight to the type of filter for my air cleaner. Fantastic! I just wish the Essence is discounted 50% when I added the filter to the cart. To me it's $10 or less value. So, maybe buying just this one time and not recommend it to others.

It was very easy to make the purchase. I've done extensive research on air purifiers. Rabbit air was highly recommended by my rheumatologist. Im also under the care of a pulmanologist which is closely working with my rheumatologist. Making the purchase was very easy. My main area is why I choose the A3 after receiving information from one of the representatives.

I used to have a subscription. It would be helpful to have a link from Past Orders screen to be able to Reorder what you bought before and in that same screen option to turn it into a subscription. Seems like a common sense place to put that.

I purchased five Rabbit Air A3 units in August of 2025. Just logged onto Rabbit Air website to purchase filter kits for all five and an additional A3 Airfilter. This product is amazing. Removed not only dirt, allergens, toxins, bugs, etc from the air in my home, but the charcoal element allows me to smoke cigars in the house and 24hrs later, no trace of cigar smell. I love it! The family loves it! The wife loves it. Very effective and I feel so much more healthy breathing cleaner air and no odors in the house. Recommend.

My new Rabbit Air arrived on schedule and the outer box was torn. I took a photo and sent it to support who apologized and asked if the product was okay. I didn't know at that point. The next day I unpacked it and set it up with no problems. Simple to setup! It's been running ever since. I'm amazed at how quiet it is.

Replacement filters are always delivered within a few days after ordering. No long wait time for for filters. They are securely packaged - No way they are going to be damaged. You know how frustrating it is to receive a damaged product because of flimsy packaging - Not with Rabbit Air. Plus they notify you during the delivery process letting you know where your package is.

Filter replacement set started as showing just the Germ option. It should just say replacement set, not include germ, I thought you were out of all the other options and could only select that, until I clicked on it. For the specifications, I think you should be more transparent and specify kw/hour and how that can translate to cost. Now it just lists KW, and is a bit disingenuous on the ad portions noting how cheap ot is to run, but does not male ot clear, that is based on its lowest setting.
